I used this venue recently for my reception, and everything was absolutely perfect. The office staff was amazing, and always answered all my crazy questions and helped me make the whole day perfect. Ron and Sara were the in-house coordinators that helped us through our whole night. They were great. She guided us through everything that we had to do. We looked liked pros! Since we had our wedding near christmas time, the facility was decorated for the holidays. Even though we didn't have a christmas themed wedding, their decor didn't clash... it actually improved it. There was a christmas tree in the foyer that everyone was using to take pictures in front of. They also had lights up outside in their gardens, making the pictures amazing. They have beautiful gardens that are flourishing with flowers in the spring, summer and fall. we saw them during our 6month visit, and it was spectacular. This hall offers wonderful packages for people looking for a stress free wedding. They have a vendor package that includes DJ, photographer, limo, cake and linens for an amazing price. They also offer a winter wonderland package for anyone who wants to suck it up and get married in January, February and March (the price makes it well worth it). This package includes everything in the vendor package, plus food. We used the winter wonderland package. I have nothing but rave reviews for this place. They made my day absolutely perfect. Of all the places we looked at, I am sure that none of them could have made a better day for us.

I had my wedding reception at Promises to Keep in late September, and I am so happy that I chose this venue. The team at Promises communicated with me consistently so I never felt uninformed or worried about any details. Their vendor package made the DJ, cake, centerpieces, and limo arrangements simple and worry-free, and the food was amazing. We were in the Atrium room which holds up to 175, though we had about 150 and it felt perfect. The benefit of this room is that we had a view of the front garden from an all-glass wall and ceiling area. My reception started at 7pm so it was dark out, and the garden was lit with twinkle lights to make it beautiful and great for photos. We chose the roast prime rib and chicken francaise as our menu options, and everyone we spoke to told us the food was very good. The DJ company that Promises directed us to had over 20 options for DJs, and the one we picked did an absolute perfect job at playing music we wanted and getting people out on the dance floor.

On behalf of Samuel, my family and myself I would like to thank-you, Ron and all of the Promises to Keep staff for making our wedding day so special. When we first visited Promises to Keep, I knew right away that was where I wanted our wedding to be. Your brochure states "Elegant stress-free weddings" or something to that effect, and that is exactly what we got. Everyone there was so nice to work with, the grounds were gorgeous and our day could not have been any better. A special thank-you to Ron who really went over the top for us. There was one point where our video montage was passing on a projection screen in the (atrium) room and Sam and I were outside the room listening but unable to see the screen (part of our surprise entrance), well Sam and I are were dying to experience what our friends and family were laughing & crying about. Ron was so good, he kept running over and saying "That "awww" was Samuel's fist baby picture, or that burst of laughter was such and such picture", what a guy!

Having worked in the Food and Function business for 35+ yrs. I find myself being a real critic when I attend a function. I must say that the 50 th Anniversary party for the Goodwin family on June 11 went off flawless! The food and presentation, was a real treat. We truly enjoyed the lovely room and didn't mind the rain.
People are quick to complain, but I wanted the Staff to know they did an exceptional job. Thank you for the lovely day you provided for our family,a wonderful memory !!
